Log into your subscription account to swap scents or products. You can make changes until one day before your next order processes. We also remind you three days before so you’ve got time to take action.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Just log in to your subscription account. Heads up: Canceling one item will not cancel your full subscription if you have more than one product in your plan.

How do I change how often my subscription is delivered?

Want it every 1, 2, or 3 months? Your call. Head to your subscription account and adjust your delivery schedule with a few clicks.
